I have been trying to fix as many issues as I could with the docks area. Not sure if I got them all, but we'll have to see when the server updates this weekend.

Hope Village is in a sad state, which is good. The last time I tried to make a slums I made Sellers Rest instead. One thing led to another, and I just ended up with something opposite. Currently, the slums looks like one of my old neighborhoods. I've learned a few things along the way, and I'm happy with what I have so far. The problem is to get the time to do it all. Eventually, it'll get done though, then you'll be able to visit the trashcan that was supposed to be the gem of the city at one point.

Eventually the city expanded beyond this point, and Hope Village became another forgotten, overcrowded area where the poor people were left behind, simply because cause they couldn't afford to move into the newer, more classy areas.

People who live in Hope Village live just on this side of poverty, sometimes only a few steps ahead of the slavers' auction block.
